Shipping Policy

ANNY provides FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over INR 999 within India in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Also, all the purchases, below INR 999, a shipping charge of INR 90 will be applicable to all orders.

If the order is cancelled (before it is shipped from our warehouse), lost or un-delivered to your address, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges, if paid online.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Your order will be delivered within 3-12 business days. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on your location and product availability.

What delivery methods do you use?

We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart, Kerry Indev, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery & DTDC for shipments in India.

What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with?

If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team via customer care bot or email at Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.

How do I check the status of my order?

You'll receive the order confirmation email, whatsapp text and SMS once you place the order containing the tracking information. Else you can directly track the status of your order from the ANNY website by clicking on "My Order" section.

The colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting. Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Saturday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviours of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find your order information wrong, please contact us at with your order number, correct shipping address and personal details like full name before the order is shipped out. At this point, ANNY only delivers products within India.
